Nettle & Rosehip is a prickly and rather amazing flavour combination; slightly sweet but botanical. We find it hard to define and if you can do better we would love to hear from you!
Blighty Booch Kombucha is brewed traditionally in small batches using Blighty Brew Organic Loose Leaf Tea.
- Naturally Sparkling. We never force-carbonate, all the bubbles are natural from the fermentation process.
- Living Fermented Tea. We slow brew and don’t pasteurise to maximise the living probiotic yeast and bacteria that makes kombucha such an amazing beverage.

Not all kombucha is created equal; we brew our Kombucha traditionally, in small batches, allowing it to double ferment for over 3 weeks. It is unpasteurised, full of prebiotics, living probiotics and cleansing postbiotics, Certified Vegan, Organic, and never force carbonated.
What’s that little floaty bit in the bottle? That’s the SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast). It is completely edible & proof that the drink is full of living bacteria.
Keep chilled, don't shake, open carefully. Once opened enjoy within 5 days.
